It easily holds a two 7.5” x 3.5” x 1.5” plastic ice blocks, 4 bottles of 16.9fl oz bottles of Propel, a sandwich and two small bags of chips.The front compartment holds can easily hold several small vitamin or prescription size jars.What more can you ask for?!Exactly the size that I need to carry my lunch. Lightweight and does not need to take too much care about it. The interior is easy to clean and keeps the cool temperature for a while.It was folded for mailing. It holds the memory of the fold. That makes it not stand up straight and hard to load lunch into. It's annoying.This lunch bag was an ideal choice for me, as I bring my lunch to work in several containers. It’s roomy and sturdy with convenient front and side pockets. On my heavy macro days, I can fit four containers, one can of soda and one shaker bottle in the main compartment. I use the front pocket for silverware (and sometimes a wrapped piece of toast) and the side pockets for vitamins and mints. Truly a great product.Nice lunch bag for the price
